Les femmes immigrantes peuvent \u00eatre expos\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents facteurs de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 alors qu\u2019elles int\u00e8grent la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise. Pour certaines d\u2019entre elles en contexte de maternit\u00e9 au statut d\u2019immigration souvent temporaire, l\u2019acc\u00e8s au syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 et aux services sociaux peut devenir un r\u00e9el enjeu pour leur sant\u00e9 et celle de leur enfant. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette probl\u00e9matique, nous avons constitu\u00e9 un comit\u00e9 tactique regroupant diff\u00e9rents acteurs institutionnels et communautaires. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de se doter de pratiques offrant \u00e0 ces femmes une prise en charge efficace qui les dirigent \u00e0 travers un continuum de services agissant sur un ensemble de d\u00e9terminants de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
